Hotel accommodation (Registration / Hotel Accommodation Form )

All the hotels chosen for the congress are at walking distance from the Congress center, some of them just few meters away, others in the old center. All the chosen hotels offer a good quality accommodation, although they differ in character and details.

Hotel accommodation can be made by sending the registration / hotel accomodation form , duly filled in, to SP.i.c.. The form must be accompanied by the payment of the hotel deposit corresponding to one overnight stay in the chosen hotel (see rates below), plus the reservation fee (euro 15,00 for each room reserved). The deposit must be net of all bank charges and will be deducted from the final bill by the hotel management. The balance must be payed directly at the hotel when checking out.

The invoice for the complete overnight stay will be made by the hotel. The invoice for the payment of the reservation fee will be made by SP.i.c..

DEADLINE FOR HOTEL RESERVATION

December 15, 2004

Requests received after the deadline will be taken into consideration, but accommodation cannot be guaranteed. If no rooms are available in the chosen hotel category, SP.i.c. will suggest other suitable accommodations.

No reservation requests will be accepted if not accompanied by the deposit and the reservation fee.

Confirmations

A confirmation voucher will be sent only after receiving the payment of the hotel deposit and the reservation fee. The voucher will specify the name and the complete address of the hotel.

Cancellations

Cancellations of the hotel reservations must be sent in writing to SP.i.c.
Cancellations received before January 15, 2005 will be entitled to a complete refund (reservation fees excluded).
Cancellations received after January 15, 2005 will not be entitled to any refund.
Refunds will be made after the Congress.

Methods of payment

Payments of the registration fee and hotel accommodation deposit can be made by:

- Bank cheque in favour of SP.i.c.. The cheque must be sent together with the registration/hotel accommodation form.

- Bank-to-bank transfer in favour of SP.i.c. – Bank: BIPOP CARIRE – Agency N. 18 of Brescia – Account No. 649 - ABI code 05437 – CAB code 11218 – IBAN code IT45X0543711218000000000649.

Copy of the transfer must be sent together with the registration/hotel accommodation form (forms and receipt can be sent by fax).
